
What to know how to double your business?

Hey, it's August 1st. New month! Set some goals and make it happen. Here's how to set a good next goal for August.
Start by looking at where you want to be one year from now, double, triple, quadruple? All doable, but you have to have the end goal in mind, and then break it down to manageable chunks.
- Double your revenue in a year, you only need to do 6% more in sales than you did in July. 6% more is your goal for August. EASY.
- Double your revenue in 6 months, you only need to do 12.25% more in sales than you did in July. 12.25% more is your goal for August. Easy-Moderate.
- Double your revenue in 3 months. you only need to do 26% more in sales than you did in July. 26% more is your goal for August. Moderate-Hard.
Now that you've chosen a goal, it's time to make it happen.
- Look at the areas where you're already successful, put more energy into it, send more emails, post more, whatever you're doing that's already working, do more of it.
- Look at areas where you're not doing so well but you should be, most of the time this is around email marketing, or reengaging past customers. Come up with an offer to get old customers that haven't bought in a while to buy again. That's usually enough to bring in 6% or 12% more in sales. Be creative, stretch yourself. You got it!
